Originally crafted by Mexico City's #1 dub reggae producer Dukas aka Bungalo Dub and UK's legendary Macka B, Verdad is an uplifting reggae tune about teaching the youths from a young age the vital life lessons that can be carried on throughout their lives and thereby enhancing the world around them. In this monster release we find nine of the finest bassline technicians in the form of Liondub, Mr Mefistou, Isaac Maya, CRS?, NoFace, Thark, Alien Dread, X Nation, J5, and Enuf Talk! NYC's Liondub and partner in sub hz Mr Mefistou turn in a minimal reggae dub refix while Mexico's Isaac Maya hits us with a big time drum n bass smasher. LA's veteran junglist Curious aka CRS? takes the tempo down to 140 for some future junglism. The other remixes take this anthem to new levels with J5's footwork vocal choppage rinse out, Enuf Talk's hard steppers dub mix, NoFace's smooth drum n bass flex, X-Nations hardcore jungle version and Mexico's Thark and Alien Dread flip Verdad into a cumbia jungle anthem that will definitely shake up any dance worldwide!
And included only on this Bandcamp version of 'Verdad Remixes (part 2)' is the live ragga version produced by San Diego's Peligro and Emmanuel. Another solid forward thinking ragga release from the DIGITAL 6!
